BusDoc is an up-to-date IT system which allows you to easily check all data relating to repairs online. It gives you a complete overview of all information relating to series or specific vehicles. BusDoc stands for transparent vehicle administration with direct connection to your Dealer Content Management System so you benefit from clear and measurable order processing and efficient and transparent workflows.
With a separate user account that contains the correct contact person and a secure password, you can access the individual information in BusDoc in a targeted and secure manner. The account is requested once via the link “Request new user”. The corresponding BusDoc access can be completely deactivated at any time using the “Delete user” link. The user account or assigned contact person in the company can be changed via the link “Delete user and transfer rights to new user”.
