Are you using COS software solutions to electronically procure spare parts? Then we have some good news! With eProcurement from OMNIplus ON, your purchasing process has now become even easier and more efficient. By integrating up to four digital interfaces, COSware can directly connect to the OMNIplus eShop. This makes the purchasing process even simpler and more efficient.

Four interfaces. One process.
OMNIplus ON customers can rely on up to four interfaces for this purpose: One catalogue interface in OCI format grants direct access to the OMNIplus eShop. You won't notice the fully automatic transition from COSware to the OMNIplus ON Portal interface. Once you have selected the vehicle, the spare part can be identified and viewed, including price and availability. A digital order interface in the standard JSON format then transfers this data back seamlessly to your COSware goods system – including order confirmation. Using an additional net price interface, you can view individual prices for spare parts at your Daimler Buses Service Center service centre and have the information displayed directly in the ordering system. Your individual conditions and promotional discounts are automatically taken into account so that you are guaranteed to be provided with the correct price. In addition, an availability interface at authorised OMNIplus service centres can be used to view currently available stock levels before you send the order.

Simple implementation in COSware
BusParts Catalogue is an integrated part of the OMNIplus eShop and supports the identification of special parts based on the VIN. The advantage for you: the entire ordering process takes place in COSware and you don't need to leave the familiar software environment when shopping in the OMNIplus eShop. If necessary, OMNIplus customers using COS software solutions can simply contact their Daimler Buses Service Center contact person. Alternatively, they can also directly contact OMNIplus partner COS. The first step is to conclude a licensing agreement for the interfaces with COS. COS then creates the desired functionalities and interfaces with a straightforward software system update. During a short implementation phase, the customer system is connected to an OMNIplus test system to ensure a smooth ordering process. Only then will the system switch to the productive ordering system on an agreed date. After a brief, final check, the two systems will have been perfectly linked and you can take full advantage of the benefits of eProcurement with OMNIplus ON.
