New name, tried-and-tested content and services
If you need to seek assistance while you're out with your bus/touring coach, it is essential that this is quick and easy, no matter whether your vehicle is operating as a touring coach, in long-distance scheduled service or on a day trip. With the OMNIplus ServiceCard, all services offered by the previous OMNIplus ServiceCard Basic are now bundled in a simple and clear manner. OMNIplus ServiceCard Premium is now no longer available.
Card for complete and carefree service
With the new OMNIplus ServiceCard, drivers have access to all services on offer for their Mercedes-Benz or Setra bus/touring in their pocket when out on the road. This free-of-charge card offers OMNIplus customers access to the more than 600 service centres within the Europe-wide OMNIplus service network with its professional repair and parts service.
The OMNIplus ServiceCard will, in future, be essential for fast and professional case processing as well as for payment protection for repairs carried out as part of the OMNIplus 24h Service. This makes the OMNIplus ServiceCard the practical and complete card for when you're out on the road.
Access to personal online customer portal
The new OMNIplus ServiceCard offers the same scope of services as the previous ServiceCard Basic. Thanks to its personalisation, it enables tailored support. All relevant data is accessible at any time in your personal online customer account to provide tailored assistance. What's more, payment protection is in place in the event of a breakdown – so your vehicle can quickly get out of the workshop and back onto the road.
UTA fuel card as addition to OMNIplus ServiceCard
The fuel card from UTA Edenred serves as an addition to the OMNIplus ServiceCard. As was previously possible with the OMNIplus ServiceCard Premium, the UTA fuel card allows customers cashless refuelling at around 70,000 filling stations in Europe. It can also be used to pay tolls and ferry charges.
